Terms of Service

Last updated: May 5, 2026

Acceptance

By using AI Calendar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service

AI Calendar helps users parse event information from text, voice, photos, screenshots, and PDF files, then create calendar events. Depending on the user's selected connection, the service supports Outlook Calendar, Apple Calendar, and .ics export; Google Calendar users can import the .ics file.

Accounts and authorization

Users should authorize only calendar accounts they have the right to use. Users can disconnect already connected calendar accounts at any time.

User content

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of text, audio, files, and event information they submit. Before creating calendar events, users should review parsed dates, times, locations, attachments, and other event details.

Third-party services

Calendar creation, transcription, parsing, sharing, and file attachment features rely on third-party services such as Microsoft, Apple, browser share surfaces, mail clients, and parsing providers. When users import .ics files into Google Calendar, Google's own terms and privacy policies also apply.

Availability

We use reasonable care to provide the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfectly accurate parsing results. Users should confirm important event information before relying on a created calendar event.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Calendar is not liable for indirect losses, missed events, incorrectly entered user data, or interruptions in third-party services.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means the user accepts the updated terms.
